The electronic components sector created the most jobs in Asia-Pacific in the first quarter this year, with 8765.

In second place was the software and IT services sector, creating 5879, followed by automotive OEM with 4680.

Real estate saw 4132 new jobs, while business services added 3318 jobs in Q1.
