Canada was the top manufacturing country in the Americas by capital expenditure in H2, 2018, with a total of $32.7bn in spending.

The US was in second place, with $17.9bn, while Mexico saw $5.3bn in manufacturing capex spending.

Brazil witness $3.9bn in capex spending, with Argentina totalling just over $1bn in the second half of 2018.
